By accessing or using the FitJourney website, mobile application, and related services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use FitJourney. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age to form a binding contract with FitJourney and meet all eligibility requirements.

4. Subscription & Payments

FitJourney offers both free and premium subscription services. By selecting a premium service, you agree to pay the applicable fees. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly) and are non-refundable except as required by law.

• Free Trial: We may offer free trials for specific periods. You may be required to provide a payment method to start a trial. You will be automatically charged at the end of the trial unless you cancel.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Your access to premium features will continue until the end of the current billing period.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in any way that interrupts, damages, or impairs the service. Prohibited activities include:

• Sharing your account credentials with others.
• Using automated systems (bots) to access the Services.
• Harassing, bullying, or intimidating other users.
• Uploading malicious code or potentially harmful content.

The Services and their original content, features, and functionality are owned by FitJourney and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FitJourney shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting a notice on our website or sending you an email. Your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
